Crypto address checker
Before sending, check: which network the address is on, whether it’s typed correctly and what can’t be sent to it. Sending on the wrong network is the most common way to lose crypto.
The check happens in your browser — the address isn’t sent or saved.
Frequently asked questions
Which networks does the checker recognize?
Bitcoin (all types: 1…, 3…, bc1q…, bc1p…), Lightning (address, invoice and LNURL), Solana, Tron and EVM addresses (Ethereum, Base, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum…).
What happens if I send on the wrong network?
Most of the time, the money arrives at an address the destination wallet can’t see. Sometimes it can be recovered (when the recipient controls the key), often it can’t — especially on exchanges. That’s why it’s worth checking first.
Is all USDT the same?
No. There’s USDT on Tron (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), Solana, BNB Chain and other networks. The address and network must match what the recipient gave you.
Why do you warn about seed phrases?
Scammers ask for the seed phrase pretending to be support. It’s never needed to receive anything. If someone asks for it, it’s a scam.
Why does the same 0x address work on several networks?
Ethereum, Base, Polygon, BNB Chain and others use the same account format. The address is the same, but each network’s balance is separate — so you need to agree on the network, not just the address.
Do you keep what I paste?
No. The check happens in your browser. Only the Lightning Address “Check it exists” option asks the provider, without storing anything.
